"Back, leg pain and headaches ARRRRGH!!!! Before I went to Sonia I had been suffering these for a long time, 3 years infact. Every day I was in agony, I could barely walk. I couldn't do anything without moving the wrong way and getting shooting pains. I'd done everything from Doctor, kiropractor, MRI scan and specialists. Nobody could find the problem.

“I was diagnosed by my doctor with a trapped nerve in my neck/shoulder and Sonia was recommended to me by a work colleague. On my first visit Sonia spent time finding the nature of my complaint and how best to treat it. A combination of treatments were used – crystals, reiki and massage. Sonia diagnosed several problems with muscles and put together a plan to sort me out, including exercises to do at home. I improved rapidly and felt so much better. My feelings before treatment were mixed as I had no knowledge of what to expect from the treatment as my G.P could not assist with my bad back which had me in agony for weeks. Now, having found out about Sonia I went with an open mind and I got a shock as the treatment was out of this world, it almost took me out of body and put me back, I felt so relaxed but at the same time aware of what was happening as it was firstly explaining  what the problem was allowing Sonia to indentify what treatment to give, and allowing her to pin point where to start. I was given so much release from my pain it was unbelievable but true. After following a strict dietary recommendation and what to drink to assist my recovery it took only three visits and she had me back well enough to run the Great North run that year. I have never had such treatment which gave me so much relief and at the same time the most calming feeling I have ever had and to this day. I would rather use Sonia's treatment than visit my GP. I remain eternally grateful for what she gave me back.

Workshops

I feel I got so much from the workshop. Before today I was unable to switch my mind off to totally relax. Today I was able to do this through meditation. I had been looking forward to it for weeks but then on the morning I woke with a headache, tension in my neck and shoulders and feeling unsure as to whether I would be able to switch my mind off to everything that is going on in my life.

This was my first time in meditation and I could feel the tension leaving me. The result at the end was a feeling of calm. I can move forward now feeling more positive, keeping negativity out and not be afraid of change.

The intuition was interesting and I now know why I wake at 3-4am  and awaken with a headache. I've felt lonely for a few months until I met Sonia and now through her I realise I am not alone as my angels and guides are always with me and through them I will make the right decisions.
